History

United Health Centers was founded in 2003 by a group of dedicated healthcare professionals and community leaders who recognized the need for accessible and affordable healthcare in our region. Starting with a single clinic, we have grown over the years into a network of health centers that serve thousands of patients each year. Today, we are Forsyth County’s only Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Our commitment to innovation and excellence has driven our expansion, allowing us to offer a wide range of services to meet the evolving needs of our community.
