Yes, we do offer same day appointments and make every effort to insure you see the same provider each visit. Please understand that although we will make every attempt to work you in with your preferred provider, it is not a guarantee that you will see them.

We want to ensure you are seen quickly once you arrive and that your time with the physician is used effectively. It will be helpful if you bring to all your visits your current insurance card or proof of income, photo ID, and a list of any medications you are taking. For more information, please visit the Patient Portal.

The patient portal is a secure online website that gives our patients convenient 24-hour access to their personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Using a secure username and password, patients can view health information such as: recent doctor visits, lab results, and billing information. To create an account, please visit or call one of our offices.

We accept most major medical insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. We also accept uninsured patients and provide a sliding fee scale for payment.
